Q: What should I do to prepare for my home cleaning service?
There are a few things you can do to help us both out before our arrival.
- 1. Make sure you’ve given us instructions on how to enter your home, as well as any keys/codes.
- 2. Bundle up any items that are lying around as well as documents like bills.
- 3. As we will talk about in our estimate, secure your valuables. We would hate to see anything missing or damaged. It’ll make us both feel better!
- 4. Put your pet(s) in a safe spot if they have one.
- 5. Let us know about any areas that need special attention. We would love to get an email or note from you beforehand to honor any special request you may have. We may need to add some time and organize the day a little better.
Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t. In fact, most of our clients have busy schedules and book us specifically because they need to be out during the time we’re working. However, if you are home we love that too. It gives us a chance to get to know each other.
Q: How much of my home will you clean?
As much or as little as you like. Only want the ﬂoors done? We can do it. Want the entire house as well as the garage sparkling? We can do that too. This part is up to you, we can stick to a budget if you like, or we can add little projects on if needed. Your call
Q: Are your services pet-friendly?
Yes, they are. We recognize that as a pet owner you may have a little extra to clean. Just let us know during our estimate. So many of our staff are pet lovers themselves, they will love on the pets too. If you have a special treat or snack for them let us know, we’ll make friends with the pets too.
Q: Will you move furniture to clean behind and underneath?
Not so much. However if you move out end tables or couches we will certainly get behind them. Just leave us a note and we’ll take care of it.
Q: Do you provide supplies?
Yes! Cleaning supplies are included in our pricing so you don’t have to worry about stocking them. Because we make and manufacture our own line of products we bring everything. If you have a speciﬁc product that you would like used, please call the office ahead of time, we have a specialized list of products we will use. More than likely, Maid Naturally has an equivalent product.
Q: What does “green house cleaning” mean?
Green cleaning means that we don’t work with chemical based products. Our cleaners are all made from natural ingredients and are fully biodegradable. We also specialize in training our staff on these products.
Q: Do you provide free estimates?
Yes we do! Our commitment to our clients begin with free, no-obligation estimates. Your chances are high that you will get to meet Ruthanne or Heather (the owners) the girls on the billboard. If not, you will meet with one of our office managers who have been with us for years and are very qualified to review your house with you.
